Secaucus Police Blotter: July 6, 2026 to July 12, 2026

1. On 07/06/2026 at 11:30 PM, Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and transferred custody of a 22-year-old female, Sulma Lopez of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Lopez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

2. On 07/07/2026 at 3:16 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 54-year-old female, Lisa Heyward of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Lodi, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Heyward was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Ms. Heyward was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

3. On 07/07/2026 at 4:32 PM, Secaucus Police responded to ZT Systems located at 40 Seaview Drive on a report of a found purse that contained possible CDS. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old male, Amir Haskins of East Orange, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Haskins was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Orange, NJ in the amount of $150.00. Mr. Haskins was able to post bail for both involved warrants, was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

4. On 07/08/2026 at 12:42 AM, Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of theft of cellphones. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old male, Juan Henriquez-Crisotom of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Superior Court with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bloomfield, NJ in the amount of $124.00 and 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Mr. Henriquez-Crisotom was released on his own recognizance in relation to the outstanding warrants issued out of Bloomfield, NJ and Jersey City, NJ. Mr. Henriquez-Crisotom was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.

5. On 07/08/2026 at 5:53 PM, Officers from the Hudson County Sherff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road and transferred custody of a 37-year-old female, Alejandra Revelo-Cadena of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Revelo-Cadena was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.

6. On 07/08/2026 at 6:01 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male, William Park of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Park was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

7. On 07/09/2026 at 7:59 AM, Secaucus Police arrested a 40-year-old male, Angel Torres of Sewaren, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Torres was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Torres was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

8. On 07/09/2026 at 10:47 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a Theft that occurred at the Meadowlands Exposition Center located at 355 Plaza Drive on 06/06/2026, the police arrested a 20-year-old male, Daniel Li of Fresh Meadows, NY for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Li was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Li was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

9. On 07/09/2026 at 3:28 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old female, Junella Unger of Norristown, PA for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Ms. Unger was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

10. On 07/10/2026 at 2:08 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Dereck Angeles of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rutherford, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Angeles was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

11. On 07/10/2026 at 3:50 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s located at 400 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Jalil Burrows-Mincey of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Mr. Burrows-Mincey was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

12. On 07/12/2026 at 9:02 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Linden Police Department to take into custody a 22-year-old male, Carlos Llerena-Bustamante of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Llerena-Bustamante was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
