
March 26, 2026, approximately 10:20 a.m., 50 block of Harrison Street. Victor Rivera, 50, of Jersey City, was arrested on a warrant out of Hoboken for burglary, theft, and possession of burglary tools in connection. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Losurdo and Police Officers Rose Kanan, Alexander Miller, and Jason Montalvo. The original report was taken on March 6, by Police Officer Leroy Sherrill, and the case was investigated by Det. March 26, 2026, approximately 2:45 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Robert Borges, 41, of Hoboken arrived at Hoboken Police Headquarters to be processed on a summons for criminal mischief. After processing, he was released from custody. The original report was taken by Police Officer Leroy Sherrill on January 6, 2026, and the case was investigated by Police Officer Jessica Arebalo. March 26, 2026, approximately 5:10 p.m., ShopRite, 900 Madison St. Carl Degnan, 44, of Union City, was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and refusal to submit fingerprints. He was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Alexander Miller, John Lawton, and Mario Rodriguez.
March 26, 2026, approximately 5:30 p.m., 1200 block of Washington Street. Omar Burgos, 41, of Hoboken was arrested on making terroristic threats, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and criminal mischief. He was processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters and released with a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Straten and Police Officers Valentino Salgado and Kyle Seper.
March 27, 2026, approximately 12:40 a.m., 300 block of Hudson Street. Dwayne King, 23, of Newark was arrested on a warrant out of East Newark and issued a summons for driving with an expired license. He was released from custody on the scene with a new court date. Responding officers included Police Officers Vincent Guastini, Brian Kim, David Chicara, Brandon Cappelluti, Nicklas Valerius, and Ricky Truppner.
March 27, 2026, approximately 9:45 p.m., 200 block of Hudson Street. Omar Lopez, 20, of Garfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct and issued a summons for urinating in public. After being processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters he was released on a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Ryan Houghton and Police Officers Mario Rodriguez, David Smentkowski, Alex Miller, and John Lawton.
March 28, 2026, approximately 8:20 p.m., 50 block of Washington Street. Williams Maria, 19, of Hoboken, was arrested for simple assault and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. Esteban Dominguez, 19, of Hoboken was arrested for simple assault, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest. Both were released after processing at Hoboken Police Headquarters. Responding officers included Police Officers Jessica Pizani and Jayden Rodriguez.
March 29, 2025, approximately 1:50 a.m., 200 block of Hudson Street. Ibin McMillan, 29, of Irvington, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and obstructing the administration of the law. He was issued summonses for reckless driving, double parking, open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and driving with a suspended license. As per John’s Law, he was released into the custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Sgt. Quinones and Police Officers Keith Vargas and Zackary Guido.
March 29, 2026, approximately 11:35 a.m., 300 block of Grand Street. Quantesa Wade, 34, of East Orange, was arrested on a warrant for carjacking. She also had additional warrants for disorderly conduct, simple assault, unlicensed entry of structures, and unlicensed driver. After being processed on all of the warrants, Wade was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. The arrest was made by Police Officers Daniel Barron, Harry Montalvo, and Frank Losurdo. The original carjacking report was taken by Police Officer Leroy Sherril on December 22, 2025, and was investigated by Detectives Connor Milne, Paul Quinn, and Anthony Azzoline.
March 29, 2026, approximately 10:30 a.m., Hoboken Shelter, 300 Bloomfield St. Craig Jefferson, 29, of Jersey City, was arrested on an active warrant from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department. He was transported to Jersey City for processing by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department. Responding officers included Police Officers Keven De la Cruz, Jayden Gonzalez, and Ryan Capogna.
March 30, 2026, approximately 8:20 a.m., 200 block of Washington Street. Lamar Woodward, 42, of Jersey City, was arrested on a warrant for simple assault. After processing at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Tyrone Huggins, Jayden Gonzalez, and Ryan Capogna.
March 30, 2026, approximately 1:40 p.m. Lululemon, 313 Washington St. Tristan Davis, 19, of Brooklyn was arrested on charges of shoplifting and receiving stolen property. After processing, he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Anton Phillip, 21, of Brooklyn, was arrested on charges of shoplifting, receiving stolen property, uttering, and tampering with physical evidence. Phillip also received a summons for operating a motor vehicle without having a driver's license. After processing at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was released from custody. Responding officers included Sgt. Dennis Kranz and Police Officers Arturo Gonzalez, Ryan Capogna, Teddy Santiago, and Kevin De La Cruz
March 30, 2026, approximately 1:45 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Bryan Rodriguez, 26, of Jersey City, arrived at Hoboken Police Headquarters to turn himself in on a warrant for his arrest. The warrant for obstructing the administration of the law and resisting arrest. After being processed, he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officer Aaron Font and Detective Luis Rodriguez.
March 30, 2026, approximately 3:30 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Shakeema Barnes, 31, of Jersey City was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters by Jersey City Police, on a warrant out of Hoboken for the original charge of possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. After being processed, Barnes was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Mario Rodriguez and Michael Chen.
March 31, 2026, approximately 12:25 a.m., 400 block of Washington Street. Robert Smith, 43, of Jersey City, was arrested on a warrant out of Jersey City. He was given a new court date and released on the scene. Responding officers included Police Officers Donovan Ortiz and Brandon Cappelutti.
March 31, 2026, approximately 9:20 a.m., Walgreens, 1300 Willow Ave. Calvesia King, 26, of Hoboken was arrested and charged with shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of CDS. She had a warrant out of Hoboken for bail jumping. After processing, she was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Jesenia Liz, 33, of Jersey City, was charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. She had a warrant out of Bayonne, Weehawken, and Union City. After processing, she was released on a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Tyler Soto, Sgt. Michael Losurdo, and Police Officers Dylan Archilla, Anish Bhisey, Tyrone Huggins, Ramon Estrella, and Shelby Seikendick.
March 31, 2026, approximately 11:10 a.m., 300 block of Jackson Street. Jeffrey Roure, 55, of Hoboken was arrested on a warrant for the original charge of making terroristic threats. He was processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters and released on bail with a new court date. Responding officers included Police Officers Harry Montalvo and Nicholas Losurdo.
March 31, 2026, approximately 5:25 p.m., 400 block of Clinton Street. David Salvador, 39, of Hoboken, was arrested and charged with two counts of distribution of CDS, distribution of CDS within 1,000 feet of a school, distribution of CDS within 500 feet of public housing, possession of drug paraphernalia, and contempt of court. He was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Daniel Grossi, Sgt. April 1, 2026, approximately 2:55 a.m., 50 block of Jackson Street. Shamel Ravnell was arrested on warrants out of Jersey City, Secaucus, Camden County. He was issued summonses for driving while license suspended and certain tinting materials on windshield. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Ahmed Makshat and Stephen Chowanec.
April 1, 2026, approximately 3:10 a.m., 50 block of Garden Street. Steven Crabtree, 37, of Hoboken was arrested for driving while intoxicated and was issued summonses for driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to stop, and reckless driving. As per John’s Law, he was released into custody of a responsible adult. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Straten and Police Officers Alyssa Rivera, Anthony Olivera, and Domenick Allegretta.
April 1, 2026, approximately 9 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Donald Gilbert, 55, of Bayonne, turned himself in on an open warrant out of Hoboken for multiple local ordinance violations. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included David Smentkowski and Vincent Guastini.
