March 12, 2026, approximately 4:50 p.m., 400 block of Washington Street. Heliany Uhalde, 37, of Union City was arrested and charged with shoplifting. She was processed and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Jonathan Figueroa, Alexander Miller, and Jessica Pizani.

March 13, 2026, approximately 1:55 a.m., Third and Bloomfield Streets. Christopher Turcios, 28, of North Bergen, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, refusing to provide breath samples, reckless driving, and failure to stop. As per John’s Law, he was released into custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Police Officers Ronald Kibitlewski and Ricky Truppner.

March 14, 2026, approximately 2:30 a.m., 50 block of Washington Street. Jose Gosdenovich, 26, of Hoboken, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, aggravated assault on law enforcement, and resisting arrest. He was released at an area hospital with a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. John Quinones and Police Officers Brian Kim, John Rodriguez, and Ahmed Bhisey, New Jersey Transit Police assisted in this arrest.

March 15, 2026, approximately 2:40 a.m., McDonald’s, 234 Washington St. Bridgette Lopez, 23, of Kearny, Chasity Zamot, 24, of Nutley, and Gianna DeJesus, 24, of Nutley were all arrested for simple assault. After processing, all three were released from custody. Responding Officers included Sgt. John Quinones, Sgt. Roary Miller, and Police Officers David Chicara, Stephen Chowanec, Rose Kanan, Frank Lombardo, Kyle Seper, Geovanni Cruzado, and Kevin Vargas.

March 15, 2026, approximately 5:45 p.m., 200 block of Harrison Street. Jean Albuja, 38, of Hoboken, was arrested on a warrant out of Wanaque. He was issued summonses for unclear plates and unclear safety glass before being released on the scene. Responding officers included Police Officers David Smentkowski, Anthony Rutkowski, and Joseph Lupo.

March 15, 2026, approximately 10:05 p.m., 200 block of Washington Street. Takeira Hinton, 23, Haledon, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and open/unsealed container of alcohol. As per John’s Law, Hinton was released into the custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Police Officers Matthew Bonanno, Christopher Barral, and Cynthia Rivera.

March 16, 2026, approximately 11:05 a.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Eddiel Hernandez, 22, of NYC, turned himself in at Hoboken Police Headquarters and was processed on charges of receiving stolen property, bad checks, and forgery. The case was investigated by Detective Chelsea Tamborra.

March 16, 2026, approximately 1 p.m., 200 block of Sinatra Drive. Ahmed Zeffouni, 28, of Astoria, NY, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest by eluding with risk of physical injury, obstructing the administration of law, and resisting arrest. He was also issued multiple summonses for operating a Class 3 e-bike including reckless driving and failure to observe signal. He was released with a summons and court date. Responding officers inlcuded Lt. Christopher LaBruno, Sgt. Bret Globke, and Police Officers Arturo Gonzalez, Joseph Lupo, Dylan Archilla, Christopher Hatfield, Tyrone Huggins, Kevin DeLaCruz, Joseph DiMartino, and Daniel Barron.

March 16, 2026, approximately 1:30 p.m., ShopRite, 900 Madison St. Rento Arce, 34, of Jersey City was arrested for shoplifting. After being processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was released with a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Dylan Archilla and Remy Garcia-Marte.

March 16, 2026, approximately 5 p.m., 500 block of Jackson Street. Guillermo Rivera, 18, of Shamokin, PA, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and defiant trespassing. William Schartiger, 19, of Ranshaw, PA, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit terroristic threats, conspiracy to commit endangering the welfare of a child, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and defiant trespassing. Ethan Vinolas, 19, of Lewisburg, PA was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit terroristic threats, conspiracy to commit endangering the welfare of a child, and defiant trespassing. After being processed, all three were released on a summons. Responding officers included Lt. William Bullock, Sgt. Roary Miller, Sgt. Harold Milne and Police Officers Christopher Barral, Mattthew Bonanno, Joseph Lupo, Alexander Miller, and David Smentkowski.

March 18, 2026, approximately 12:50 a.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Corrie Conry 36, of Irvington, was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters from Union Township, where he was arrested on a warrant out of Hoboken for the original charges of driving with a suspended drivers license. After processing and posting bail, he was released from custody. Responding officers included Police Officers Zachary Guido and Brandon Cappelluti.

March 18, 2026, approximately 10:35 a.m., Phillip Steed, 44, of Jersey City, was arrested on a warrant for the original charges of burglary and theft. He was processed and released from custody.

March 18, 2026, approximately 5:30 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Danielle Torres, 46, of Hoboken, was arrested on a warrant out of the Hudson County Superior Court on the original charge of endangering the welfare of a child. She was ultimately remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding and assisting officers included Lt. William Bullock, Sgt. Michael Losurdo, and Police Officers Valentino Salgado and Kyle Seper.

March 18, 2026, approximately 7 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Lawrence Mangan, 64, West New York, surrendered himself for an active warrant out of Hoboken, for the original offense of driving while intoxicated. After paying bail, he was released with a court date. Responding officers included Police Officer Alexander Miller.
