
1. On 03/30/2026 at 4:09 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old female, Myeasha Tillery of Newark, NJ for 6 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ, each warrant in the amount of $3,500.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Tillery was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Maplewood, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $50.00. Maplewood along with East Orange, Union and Newark did release Ms. Tillery on her own recognizance pending future court dates. Ms. Tillery was unable to post bail for the involved warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ. Ms. Tillery was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and she was subsequently transported to the Irvington Police Department.
2. On 03/30/2026 at 5:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the NJ Transit Police Department in Trenton, NJ to take into custody a 32-year-old male, Cameron Swanson of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Swanson was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
3. On 03/30/2026 at 7:43 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 60-year-old male, Gerardo Aguilera of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Branchburg, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Mr. Aguilera was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
4. On 04/01/2026 at 7:34 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Justice Complex to take into custody a 28-year-old male, Angel Gonzalez of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Gonzalez was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. Union did release Mr. Gonzalez on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Gonzalez was able to post bail for the involved warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ and he was released from police custody.
5. On 04/02/2026 at 9:22 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a Theft by Deception incident that occurred at Haven Savings Bank located at 1234 Paterson Plank Road on 09/13/2024, the police responded to 2nd Avenue and arrested a 46-year-old female, Maritza Velez of Secaucus, NJ for Money Laundering [2C:21-25B(2)(A)]. Ms. Velez also had an active warrant from Secaucus with a bail in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Velez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
6. On 04/02/2026 at 10:35 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old male, Adolfo Garcia of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Tinton Falls, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Garcia was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
7. On 04/02/2026 at 1:47 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 455 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of individuals syphoning cooking oil from an oil reservoir. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-yearold male, Sharief Early of Newark, NJ along with a 37-year-old male, Bernard Easterling of Newark, NJ and a 37-year-old male, Rasheed Early of Newark, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Early was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $6,500.00 with a 10% option. All 3 individuals were issued their complaint warrants and were subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
8. On 04/02/2026 at 5:20 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old female, Nathalia Lopes-Ferreira of Las Vegas, NV for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Ms. Lopes-Ferreira was issued her complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
9. On 04/03/2026 at 9:59 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Yousef Zaben of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Zaben was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
10. On 04/03/2026 at 11:08 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old female, Sandra Reyes-Francisco of Spain for Possession of CDS believed to be Tramadol [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Trankimazin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Diazepam [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Nolotil Pills, Crestor Pills and Omeprazol Pills [2C:35-10.5E(2)]. Ms. Reyes-Francisco was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
11. On 04/03/2026 at 1:45 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Emilio Cruz of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Cruz was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
12. On 04/03/2026 at 9:05 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Union County Jail to take into custody a 57-year-old male, Alfred Galarza of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00 with a 10% option Mr. Galarza was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
13. On 04/04/2026 at 3:03 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 41-year-old female, Jaclyn Applegate of Whiting, NJ for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Ms. Applegate was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
