
Feb. 26, 2026, approximately 9:15 a.m., 300 block of Harrison Street. Angel Sierra-Lopez, 34, of Hoboken was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of CDS. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Anthony Fesken and Police Officers Keven De La Cruz and Dylan Archilla.
Feb. 26, 2026, approximately 9:45 a.m., Hoboken Police Department. Sean Lackie, 48, of Hoboken, was processed by Police Officer Ryan Capogna, on a complaint for the original charge of theft of package in November of 2025. The case was investigated by Police Officer Jason Montalvo. After being processed, Lackie was released from custody.
Feb. 26, 2026, approximately 12 p.m., ShopRite, 900 Madison St. Leonel Veloz, 32, of Jersey City, was arrested and charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found to have a warrant out of Middlesex County. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Michael Aviles, Teddy Santiago, and Harry Montalvo.

Feb. 27, 2026, approximately 3:10 a.m., 200 block of First Street. Daniel Gonzales-Vargas, 30, of Union City, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. As per Johns Law, he was released into the custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Police Officers Thomas Graziano, Carmen Benitez, Ricky Truppner, and Frank Lombardo.
Feb. 27, 2026, approximately 6:20 a.m., 800 block of Jackson Street. Luis Medina, 45, of Jersey City, was arrested on several warrants for the original charges of possession of burglary tools, criminal mischief, burglary, theft of package, theft of movable property, all of which occurred between August 2025 and January 2026. He was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Responding arresting officers included Sgt Daniel Grossi and Police Officers Geovanni Cruzado and Brandon Cappelluti.
Feb. 27, 2026, approximately 5:10 a.m., 1300 block of Bloomfield Streets. Silfredo Genao, 45, of Jersey City, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued summonses for reckless driving, breath test refusal, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Responding officers included Police Officers Donovan Ortiz and Kevin Vargas. Union City Police assisted in this case. As per John’s Law, Genao was released into custody of a responsible party.

David Cummings, 47, of Hoboken was arrested on an active warrant out of Hoboken for the original charges of stalking and criminal mischief, and another out of Jersey City. After processing, Cummings was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Nicholas Losurdo, Ryan Capogna, and Jason Montalvo.
Feb. 28, 2026, approximately 12:15 a.m., 50 block of Observer Highway. Andre Ortiz 43, of Jersey City, was arrested for hindering apprehension. He was found to have warrants out of Jersey City and Superior Court of New Jersey. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office. Responding officers included Sgt. Daniel Grossi and Police Officers Stephen Chowanec, Adrian Comyagua, Christopher Soto, and Vincent Guastini.
Feb. 28, 2026, approximately 2:50 a.m., 50 block of Washington Street. Dennis Guaman-Guanuchi, 23, of Newark, was arrested for disorderly conduct and simple assault. He was ultimately released on a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Geovanni Cruzado, Brandon Cappelluti, and Alyssa Rivera.
Feb. 28, 2026, approximately 9:50 a.m., 100 block of Park Avenue. Hassan Tucker, 50, of Bethlehem, PA, was arrested for criminal trespassing. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Arturo Gonzalez, Christopher Hatfield, and Tyrone Huggins.
March 1, 2026, approximately 1:20 p.m., 300 block of Marshall Drive. Crystal Rodriguez, 38, of Hoboken, was arrested and charged on a warrant out of Hoboken, for robbery, that took place the day before. She also had an active warrant out of Jersey City. She was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Straten and Police Officers Alexander Miller, Jason Montalvo, David Smentkowski, and Michael Chen.
March 1, 2026, approximately 9:25 p.m., First and Jefferson Streets. Dianna Rose, 42, of Newark was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, improper parking, refusal to submit to a breath test, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, and possession of open alcoholic container in motor vehicle. As per John’s Law, she was released into the custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Police Officers David Smentkowski and Zackary Guido.
March 2, 2026, approximately 5:30 a.m., CVS, 59 Washington St. Terrell Shanagher, 41, of Manhattan, was arrested for shoplifting. He was ultimately released with a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Straten and Police Officers Ronald Kibitlewski, Aidan Gonzalez, and Donovan Ortiz.
March 2, 2026, approximately 3:30 p.m., ShopRite, 900 Madison St. Algenis Santana-Ramirez, 32, of Hoboken, was arrested for shoplifting. He was ultimately transported to Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Daniel Barron and Teddy Santiago.
March 4, 2026, at approximately 11:50 p.m., Public Storage, 410 Eighth Street. Kasey Kopf, 44, of Jersey City, was arrested for defiant trespassing. He was released on a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Straten and Police Officers Brian Kim, Mario Rodriguez, Marvin Dejesus, Ahmed Makshat, and Stephen Chowanec.
