Feb. 19, 2026, approximately 5:05 p.m., 300 block of Garden Street. Donald Gilbert, 55, of Bayonne, was arrested on warrant for the original offenses of unlicensed entry of a structure, lying in a prone position on a bench, urinating in public, and possession of open alcoholic containers. Gilbert was released with a new court date. Responding officers included Sgt. Roary Miller and Police Officers Matthew Bonanno and Michael Chen.

Feb. 19, 2026, approximately 6:55 p.m., 200 block of Hudson Street. Matthew Moris, 39, of Hoboken, was arrested for stalking. After processing he was released on a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Roary Miller and Police Officers Matthew Bonanno, Michael Chen, and Joseph Lupo.

Feb. 20, 2026, approximately 10 p.m., 300 block of Marshall Drive. Jahwayne Crandon, 24, of Jersey City, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, certain person not to have a weapon, criminal trespassing, and theft by unlawful taking. Crandon was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Roary Miller and Police Officers Cynthia Rivera, Rose Kanan, and David Smentkowski.

Feb. 21, 2026, approximately 2:30 a.m., First and Washington Street. Brian Perez, 28, of Jersey City was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was ultimately released on a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Brandon Cappelluti and David Ortiz.

Feb. 21, 2026, approximately 3 a.m., Newark Street at Hudson Street. Alex Femoso, 37, of Jersey City was arrested for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit breath testing, and reckless driving. As per John’s Law, Femoso was released into the custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Straton and Police Officers Ronald Kibitlewski, Geovani Cruzado, Carmen Benitez, Brandon Cappelluti, and Donovan Ortiz.

Feb. 21, 2026, approximately 5:20 p.m., 200 block of Harrison Street. Alfredo Lopez, 67, of Hoboken, was arrested and charged with burglary and theft of package. He was released with a copy of his summons. Responding officers include Sgt. Michael Losurdo and Police Officers Zackary Guido and David Smentkowski.

Feb. 21, 2026, approximately 6:40 p.m., 9th Street Light Rail Station, Kevin Salamanca, 43 of Jersey City, was arrested on multiple warrants out of Paterson, Passaic, and Hudson County. He was additionally charged with certain persons not to have a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Straten and Police Officers Alexander Miller, Christopher Barral, Mark Mooreman, Matthew Bonanno, and John Rodriguez.

Feb. 24, 2026, approximately 3:15 a.m., 300 block of Jackson Street. Marcus Morales, 44, of Union City was arrested on a warrant out of Hoboken for the original charges of possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. He had an additional warrant out of Union City. He was also charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Ronald Kibitlewski and Zackary Guido.

Feb. 24, 2026, approximately 10:45 a.m., 100 block of Garden Street. Maria Harris, 61, of Jersey City, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Union City. She was released with a new court date. Responding officers included Police Officer Jonathan Figueroa.

Feb. 24, 2026, approximately 11:30 a.m., Secaucus Police Department. Robert Braxton, 42, of Hoboken, was processed on charges of animal abuse, causing or risking widespread injury, and simple assault, following an investigation by the Hoboken Police Department’s Detectives Bureau, into a dog attack in Hoboken. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

Feb. 24, 2026, approximately 1:15 p.m., Hoboken Shelter, 300 Bloomfield St. Ezekiel Stephen, 26, of the Bronx was arrested on a warrant for the original charge of sexual contact on Feb. 18. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Corrections Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Harold Milne, Det. Paul Quinn and Police Officers Anthony Ingraffia, Enrico Gnassi, Roberto Cuevas, Jaydan Gonzalez, Jason Montalvo, Joshua Campoverde, Dylan Archilla, and Ryan Capogna.

Feb. 24, 2026, approximately 2:50 p.m., ShopRite, 900 Madison St. Derek Olivencia, 27, of Hoboken and Frankyll Roque, 26, of Hoboken were arrested and charged with shoplifting. Both were ultimately released with a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Jonathan Figueroa and Ryan Capogna.

Feb. 24, 2026, approximately 4:30 p.m., 300 block of Harrison Street. Angel Lopez-Sierra, 34, of Hoboken, was arrested for possession of CDS and defiant trespassing. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers John Lawton, Mario Rodriguez, and Alexander Miller.
