Feb. 12, 2025, approximately 3:10 a.m., 200 block Jackson Street. Arsenio Mercado, 56, of Hoboken, was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of CDS within 500 feet of public housing, distribution of CDS, possession of CDS within 1,000 feet of a school zone, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also had a warrant out of Hoboken for criminal mischief. Mercado was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Adrian Comayagua and Stephen Chowanec.

Feb. 13, 2026, approximately 10:45 a.m., 300 block of Washington Street. Cheuy Quintana, 51, of Hoboken was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, aggravated assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officer Tyrone Huggins and Joseph Dimartino.

Feb. 13, 2026, approximately 3 p.m., 1500 block of Jefferson Street. Stanislaw Banka, 65, of Garfield, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, consent to taking breath samples, refusal to submit to test, and open alcohol containers in vehicle. As per John’s Law, he was released into the custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Police Officers John Rodriguez and Daniela Simone.

Feb. 13, 2026, approximately 5:30 p.m., McDonald’s, 234 Washington St. Rushdee Parmalee, 45, of Jersey City was arrested on two open warrants; one out of Jersey City and another out of Stratford Borough. Parmalee was taken into custody by Jersey City Police. Responding officers included Sgt. Roary Miller, Sgt. Michael Straten, and Police Officers John Lawton and David Smentkowski.

Feb. 13, 2026, approximately 9:15 p.m., Green Rock Tap & Grill, 70 Hudson St. Antonio Figueroa, 65, of Hoboken, was arrested and charged with burglary and theft. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Roary Miller and Police Officers Adrian Comayagua and Marvin DeJesus.

Feb. 14, 2026, approximately 6:15 a.m., 400 block of Marshall Drive. Anthony Purvis, 31, of Hoboken was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, making terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing the administration of law. He was released on a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Brandon Cappelluti and Carmen Benitez.

Feb. 14, 2026, approximately 5:55 p.m., Hoboken Police Department. Leonardo Coto, 41, of Hoboken, surrendered himself on an active failure to appear warrant and was processed on original charges of driving with a suspended license. After processing, Coto was released from custody. Responding Officers included Police Officers John Rodriguez and Matthew Bonanno.

Feb. 14, 2026, approximately 11:05 p.m., 400 block of Adams Street. Lazaro Perez, 34, of Jersey City, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for original charges of prohibited certain weapons, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapon, aggravated assault, and simple assault. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Mario Rodriguez and John Rodriguez.

Feb. 15, 2026, approximately 2:30 a.m., 1200 block of Washington Street. Jesus Mexica, 26, of Union City, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, refusal to submit to breath testing, open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, and unlicensed driver. As per John’s Law, Mexica was released into custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Police Officers Shawn Sodora and Zackary Guido.

Feb. 16, 2026, approximately 7:35 a.m., Walgreens, 1300 Willow Ave. Anthony Rios, 54 of Bayonne, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also found to have a warrant for possession with intent to use, and multiple summonses from NJ Transit. After processing, Rios was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Daniel Grossi and Police Officers Alyssa Rivera, Michael Miranda, Ricky Truppner, Zackary Guido, Shawn Sodora, and Aaron Font.

Feb. 16, 2026, approximately 5:20 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Richie Motichka, 48 of Hoboken, surrendered on two active warrants. One was out of Hoboken for criminal trespassing. The second was out of North Bergen. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers John Rodriguez, Marco Grossman, and Leroy Sherill.

Feb. 16, 2026, approximately 11:55 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Kenneth, 51, of Union City was processed on a warrant for defiant trespassing after being transported to HPD by West New York Police. He also had a warrant out of Wayne. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Trevor Thomas and Marvin DeJesus.

Feb. 17, 2026, approximately 9:25 a.m., Walgreens, 1300 Willow Ave. Andrea Ojeda, 32, of Hoboken, was arrested for defiant trespassing. She was released with a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Nicholas Losurdo, Teddy Santiago, and Keven De La Cruz.

Feb. 17, 2026, approximately 1 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Pablo Pedraza, 20, of Kearny, was processed on charges of aggravated assault for his actions at Dear Maud, 205 First Street, on Nov. 15, 2025, after turning himself in at HPD. After processing, he was released. The case was investigated by Det. Paul Quinn.

Feb. 17, 2026, approximately 3:30 p.m., First and Washington Streets. Lamar Woodward, 42, of Hoboken was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was ultimately released on a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. James Barbro and Police Officers Keven De La Cruz and Anthony Rutkowski.

Feb. 18, 2026, approximately 2:30 a.m., Fourth and Harrison Streets. Phillip Realpe, 51, of Jersey City, was arrested on a warrant out of West New York. He was also charged with possession with intent to use, possession of CDS. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Carmen Benitez and Michael Miranda.

Feb. 18, 2026, approximately 1:35 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Travis Davis, 44, of Jersey City was transported to HPD from the Hudson County Superior Courthouse for processing on a warrant for the original charges of possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and shoplifting. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Jaydan Gonzalez and Ryan Copogna.

Feb. 18, 2026, approximately 4:45 p.m., 200 block of River Street. Anthony Hendricks, 32, of Florida, was arrested on a warrant out of Jersey City for the original charges of driving while suspended, driving with no liability insurance, and unlicensed driver. He was released from custody after posting bail. Responding officers included Police Officers Arturo Gonzalez, Aaron Font, and Nicholas Losurdo.

Feb. 18, 2026, approximately 5:50 p.m., Sparrow Wine and Liquor, 1224 Shipyard La. Michael Fortune, 48, of Jersey City was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, robbery, unlawful possession of weapons, possession of weapons for an unlawful purpose, and refusal to fingerprint. He was also charged with shoplifting for an incident the same day, at CVS, 210 14th St. He was found to also have a warrant out of Hoboken for shoplifting. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Dennis Figueroa, Sgt. Harold Milne, and Police Officers Jessica Pizanie, Joseph Lupo, Christopher Barral, Mark Mooreman, Michael Chen, Anthony Azzoline, and Nicholas Protopapadakis. During this investigation, Lester Dawson, 50, of Jersey City was arrested on a warrant out of Superior Court of New Jersey and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

Feb. 18, 2026, approximately 9:40 p.m., Trader Joe’s,1350 Willow Ave. Andrea Ojeda, 32, of Hoboken was arrested and charged with burglary, aggravated assault, weapons for unlawful purpose, aggravated assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest. She was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Officers included Sgt. Harold Milne and Police Officers Christopher Soto, Leroy Sherrill, Enrico Gnassi, and Vincent Guastini.
