1. On 03/08/2026 at 11:56 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 43-year-old male, Anderson Mendoza-Moncion of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Mendoza-Moncion was issued 1 motor vehicle summons. Officers from the Jersey City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Mendoza-Moncion for transport back to their agency.

2. On 03/09/2026 at 4:33 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old female, Kajal Chahal of Matawan, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Chahal was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

3. On 03/09/2026 at 9:33 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-year-old male, Eric Nelson of Rockville Centre, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Mr. Nelson was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Plainfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Nelson was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

4. On 03/10/2026 at 4:31 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old female, Gabriela Lopez of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Lopez was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

5. On 03/10/2026 at 5:41 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old male, Walter Rogers of Wood Ridge, NJ for Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(1)]. Mr. Rogers was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

6. On 03/10/2026 at 6:43 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Carlos Rosario-Pabon of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of East Rutherford, NJ with no bail. Mr. Rosario-Pabon was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was subsequently transported to the East Rutherford Police Department.

7. On 03/11/2026 at 2:36 AM, Officers from the Newark Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and transported a 48-year-old male, Kevin Brooks of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Brooks was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

8. On 03/11/2026 at 6:22 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old female, Aylexous Green of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Essex County Superior Court with no bail. Ms. Green was subsequently transported to the Essex County Detention Center.

9. On 03/13/2026 at 3:54 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 44-year-old male, Hector Mateo-Montero of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Springfield, NJ in the amount of $850.00. Mr. Mateo-Montero was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

10. On 03/14/2026 at 2:48 PM, Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male, Brandon Gibson of Albany, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A], Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] by providing false information to the police and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. The police also arrested a 32-year-old female, Shadanza Johnson of Albany, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Both Mr. Gibson and Ms. Johnson were issue their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
