1. On 02/17/2026 at 12:04 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Plainfield Police Department to take into custody a 43-year-old male, Rigo Rivera of Hillsborough, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Plainfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Rivera was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
2. On 02/17/2026 at 4:52 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 2nd Street and Flanagan Way on a report of a suspicious female who was soliciting door to door. During the investigation, the police arrested a 55-year-old female, Tammi Brodish of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rochelle Park, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Rochelle Park, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Rochelle Park did release Ms. Brodish on her own recognizance pending future court dates and she was released from police custody.
3. On 02/18/2026 at 2:57 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male, Nicholas Galea of Garfield, NJ for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Suspended for DWI [2C:40-26B]. Mr. Galea was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
4. On 02/18/2026 at 10:17 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Elizabeth Police Department to take into custody a 33-year-old male, Daniel Jonas of Derby, CT for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Jonas was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
5. On 02/19/2026 at 7:51 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Andrew Fouad of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00. Mr. Fouad was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
6. On 02/20/2026 at 3:28 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male, John Picinich of Fairview, NJ for Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-5B(11)], Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A] and Money Laundering [2C:21-25A]. Mr. Picinich was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
7. On 02/20/2026 at 2:54 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft of a package that occurred on 01/02/2026 at 110 Park Plaza Drive, the police arrested a 24-year-old male, Julian Ceron-Godoy of North Bergen, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Ceron-Godoy was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Ceron-Godoy was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
8. On 02/20/2026, in an effort to reduce vice related crimes within the Town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police arrested the following individuals; at 8:19 PM, the police arrested a 41-year-old female, Yisset Gonzalez of the Bronx, NY for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. The police also arrested a 29-year-old female, Winnie Liranzo of Jersey City, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Both Ms. Gonzalez and Ms. Liranzo were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. At 9:45 PM, the police arrested a 47-year-old female, Madeline Sanchez of the Bronx, NY along with a 45-year-old female, Glennys Arias of the Bronx, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Both Ms. Sanchez and Ms. Arias were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. At 11:14 PM, the police arrested a 37-year-old female, Karilyn DiRuggiero of Haledon, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. The police also arrested a 47-year-old male, Alfredo Hernandez of North Bergen, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Both Ms. DiRuggiero and Mr. Hernandez were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. On 02/21/2026 at 12:39 AM, the police arrested a 48-year-old female, Lo Yiting of San Jose, CA for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. Ms. Yiting was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
9. On 02/20/2026 at 7:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Ocean County Jail to take into custody a 38-year-old male, Lloyd Johnson of Hillside, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000 witha 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $7,500 with a 10% option. Mr. Johnson was also found to have 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $500.00 each. Mr. Johnson was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
10. On 02/21/2026 at 5:06 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Shannon Prieto-Alvarez of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Prieto-Alvarez was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Prieto-Alvarez was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses. Officers from the Hudson County Sherriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Prieto-Alvarez for transport to their agency.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
