
Jan. 29, 2026, approximately 8:35 p.m., Bank of America, 55 Washington St. Antionio Figueroa, 65, of Hoboken, and Donald Gilbert,55, Bayonne, were arrested for defiant trespassing. Both were released with a summons. Responding officers included Alexander Miller and Adrian Comayagua.
Jan. 29, 2026, approximately 6:30 p.m., Dunkin Donuts, 400 Newark St. Stacy Butler, 48, of Hoboken was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, unlawful possession of weapons, and making terroristic threats. She was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Lt. William Bullock, Sgt. Harold Milne, and Police Officers Christopher Barral, Alexander Miller, Andrias Bonilla, Shyenna Vega, and Marvin DeJesus.
Jan. 30, 2026, approximately 2:30 p.m., Union County Correctional Facility. Terrance McDonald, 22, of Elizabeth, as transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters from the Union County Jail on a warrant out of Hoboken for drug possession and distribution. McDonald had four other warrants for his arrest out of Elizabeth and one out of Woodbridge. He was transported to Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included John Lawton, Alexander Miller, Bianca Arroyo, and Daniel Barron.
Jan. 30, 2026, approximately 10 p.m., 200 block of Jackson Street. Nevaeh Anderson, 24, of Hoboken, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, theft of moveable property. Sarah Clark, 25, of Jersey City, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Both were released on summons after processing. Responding officers included Police Officers Trevor Thomas and Adrian Comayagua.
Jan. 31, 2026, approximately 1:05 a.m., Second Street and Court Street. James Hyppolite, 21, of East Orange, was arrested for unlawful possession of an air gun and released on a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Dennis Figueroa and Police Officers Michael Miranda, Nicklas Valerius, and Anthony Olivera
Jan. 31, 2026, approximately 2:10 a.m., 300 block of Observer Highway. Heidy Izzaguirre-Ordonez, 26, of Newark, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. As per John’s law, she was released into custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Police Officers Zackary Guido, Thomas Graziano, Brian Kim, and Stephen Chowanec.
Jan. 31, 2026, approximately 2:15 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters, 106 Hudson St. Stephen Dorey, 22, of East Hanover was processed on aggravated assault charges, stemming from an incident on Dec.28, 2025, on othe 50 block of Hudson Street.
Feb. 1, 2026, approximately 9 p.m., 500 block of Marshall Drive. Jason Garcia, 23, of West New York, was arrested for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Officers included Police Officers Roberto Cuevas, Valentino Salgado, Anthony Hochstadter, and Marco Grossman.
Feb. 3, 2026, approximately 8:15 a.m., Panera Bread, 312 Washington St. Joanne Carbone, 74, of Jersey City, was arrested for defiant trespassing. She was issued a summons and released. Responding officers included Jaydan Gonzalez, Tyrone Huggins, and Marc Lombardi.
Feb. 3, 2026, 12:50 p.m., 500 block of Newark Street. Thomas Everett, 44, of Hoboken, was arrested on an open warrant out of Hoboken for leaving the scene of an accident, endangering an injured person, and assault. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Marc Lombardi and Keven De La Cruz.
Feb. 4, 2026, 8:50 a.m., 300 block of Jackson Street. Damien Clifford, 24, of Hoboken was arrested on a warrant for resisting arrest. He was additionally charged with possession of CDS and possession with intent to use. Responding officers included Police Officer William Vera and Daniella Simone.
Feb. 4, 2026, approximately 4:45 P.M., Lululemon, 313 Washington St. Luis Tovar, 21 of Jamaica Queens, was arrested and charged with employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime and shoplifting. He was released from custody with a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Dennis Figueroa and Police Officers Alexander Miller, Anthony Hochstadter, John Lawton, Sheynna Vega, Libon Schelmety, Jason Campoverde, Anthony Ingraffia, and Jason Montalvo.
