Jan. 8, 2026, approximately 9:40 p.m., 400 block of Marshall Street. Kyeise Lopez, 27, of Hoboken was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing the administration of the law, evidence tampering, and possession of CDS. Lopez was released on a summons with a court date. Responding officers included Detectives Paul Quinn and Joshua Campoverde and Police Officers Mario Rodriguez, Jason Montalvo, Christopher Soto, and Trevor Thomas.

Jan. 9, 2026, approximately 4:35 a.m., 300 block of Jackson Street. Julio Pineda-Martinez, 46, West New York, was arrested on multiple warrants out of Hoboken, for receiving stolen property eluding arrest, and possession of CDS. He had two additional outstanding warrants out of Hoboken for multiple charges including possession of CDS, hindering, receiving stolen property, and driving while intoxicated. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson Conty Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Ronald Kibitlewski and Anish Bhisey.

Jan. 11, 2026, approximately 12:55 a.m., 50 block of Washington Street. Josiah Shuler, 29, of Jersey City, was arrested on a warrant out of Jersey City. He was ultimately taken into custody by Jersey City Police Officers. Responding officers included Police Officer David Smentokowski.

Jan. 11, 2026, approximately 1:55 a.m. Expedy Eusebioovalles, 40, of Perth Amboy, was transported to the Hoboken Police Department from the South Amboy Police Department on an active warrant out of Hoboken for driving without a license. He was released on bail. Responding officers included Police Officers Christopher Soto and David Smentowski.

Jan. 11, 2026, approximately 10:45 a.m., 300 block Jackson Street. Damian Clifford, 47, of Brooklyn, was arrested on active warrants out of Summit and Hoboken, and additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, and refusal to submit to fingerprinting. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Rose Kanan and Jason Montalvo.

Jan. 11, 2026, approximately 7:40 p.m., 200 block of Marshall Drive. Daniel Brinkerhoff, 41, of North Bergen was arrested on three active warrants; two out of Hoboken and one out of Hudson County. He was additionally charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Rose Kanan and Jessica Pizanie.

Jan. 12, 2026, approximately 12;50 a.m., 500 block of Marshall Drive. Jennifer Sabater, 39, of Hoboken, was arrested on three warrants; one each out of Weehawken, Jersey City, and Little Ferry. She was also charged with criminal mischief. She was taken into custody by Little Ferry Police. Responding officers included Donovan Ortiz and Domenick Allegretta.

Jan 12, 2026, approximately 12:50 p.m., 50 block of River Street. Anthony Artis, 68, of Brooklyn was arrested on an active warrant out of Atlantic City. He was released with a new court date. Responding officers included Sgt. Soto, Det. Jesse Castellano, and Police Officers Anthony Rutkowski, Arturo Gonzalez, William Vera, and Frank Losurdo.

Jan. 12, 2026, approximately 1:15 p.m., 200 block of Harrison Street. Shavon Smith, 44, of Jersey City, was arrested on open warrants out of Jersey City and Hudson County and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Responding officers included Police Officers Daniella Simone and Keven DeLaCruz.

Jan. 13, 2026, approximately 2:45 a.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Gian Carlos Escobar, 21, of Union City, was brought to Hoboken Police Headquarters by Union City Police Officers, on an active warrant out of Hoboken for assault on an officer, eluding, and disorderly conduct. He was released on bail. Responding officers included Police Officers Zackary Guido and Donovan Ortiz.

Jan. 14, 2026, approximately 5:40 a.m., 400 Newark Street. Aaron Delbridge, 35, of Jersey City, was arrested on three warrants; one each out of Hoboken, Morristown, and Jersey City. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Zackary Guido and Ronald Kibitlewski.

Jan. 14, 2026, approximately 8:55 p.m., 300 block of Jackson Street. Julio Pineda, 46, of West New York, was arrested for criminal trespassing and was found to have an open warrant out of West New York. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Losurdo and Police Officers John Rodriguez and David Smentowski.
