February 6, 2026 - Today, on the fourth anniversary of the tragic drunk driving crash that claimed the life of Tyler Balog, and caused severe, life altering, injuries to Kimberlie Terry, the court sentenced John C. Nunn for his role in the incident.
At today’s sentencing in Warren County Superior Court, the Honorable H. Matthew Curry, J.S.C. imposed the maximum sentence allowed under state law. The investigation determined that John C. Nunn had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated. As a result of the crash, Tyler Balog, who was a passenger in the vehicle driven by Nunn, tragically lost his life, and Kimberlie Terry, who was asleep in her residence, sustained serious injuries.
