1. On 01/27/2026 at 2:05 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bayonne Police Department to take into custody a 30-year-old male, Mark Davis of Mount Vernon, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Davis was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

2. On 01/28/2026 at 9:21 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 700 Plaza Drive on a report of a dog locked inside a motor vehicle for an extended period of time. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Marcos Soris of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Soris was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

3. On 01/29/2026 at 12:57 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old male, Alexis Cordero-Pichardo of Union City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Mr. Cordero-Pichardo was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

4. On 01/31/2026 at 5:22 AM, Officers from the Weehawken Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road and transferred custody of a 36-year-old male, Elhadji Youm of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Youm was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

5. On 02/01/2026 at 7:19 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 38-year-old male, Jayson Santiago of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Santiago was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
