1. On 01/12/2026 at 2:10 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 20-year-old male, Yasir Gado of Somerset, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Gado was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

2. On 01/14/2026 at 4:27 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of an individual at the location who had an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21-year-old male, Noah Santos of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Harrison, NJ with no bail. Santos was subsequently transported to the Harrison Police Department.

3. On 01/14/2026 at 8:31 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 25-year-old male, Ahmed Romer of Irvington, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Romer was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

4. On 01/14/2026 at 8:45 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old female, Bernadett Rodriguez of Jersey City, NJ for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Rodriguez was issued her complaint summons and was subsequently released.

5. On 01/15/2026 at 6:48 PM, two individuals entered Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road for the purpose of obtaining a Tow Release for a previously impounded motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old female, Rianna Drinks of Jersey City, NJ for Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. The police also arrested a 36-year-old male, Akili Ford of East Orange, NJ for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Ford was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Orange, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Orange, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Essex County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Ms. Drinks was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Ford was issued his complaint summons and was subsequently transported to the Orange Police Department.

6. On 01/15/2026 at 10:11 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 675 New County Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46-year-old male, Joshua Weichler of Pittstown, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Weichler was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

7. On 01/16/2026 at 6:58 PM, an individual entered Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road for the purpose of speaking with the police in regards to a suspicious incident. During the investigation, the police arrested the individual, a 32-year-old male, German Amaya-Romero of Union City, NJ for Possession of Prescription Legend Drug [2C:35-10.5A(2)] believed to be Adderall. Amaya-Romero was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

8. On 01/16/2026 at 8:21 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 38-year-old male, Francis Rivera of the Bronx, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Rivera was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

9. On 01/16/2026 at 11:26 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the NJ State Police Barracks to take into custody a 48-year-old male, Vincent Krasinski of Nayak, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Krasinski was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

10. On 01/17/2026 at 7:30 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Harrison Police Department to take into custody a 23-year-old male, Jeffrey Montufar of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Montufar was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.

11. On 01/17/2026 at 1:00 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 43-year-old male, Jose Delarosa of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Highlands, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Highlands did release Mr. Delarosa on his own recognizance pending a future court date and was released from police custody.

12. On 01/17/2026 at 11:39 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hasbrouck Heights Police Department to take into custody a 26-year-old female, Jordan Goodson of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Goodson was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
