On December 22, 2025, Millburn Police Officer Bifano stopped a Lexus SUV on Millburn Avenue for an expired registration. The driver was found to have an active arrest warrant issued out of Union, New Jersey, and was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest revealed a baggie containing a pink powdered substance believed to be ketamine. Nicolas Rodriguez, age 24, of Elizabeth, was charged with possession of CDS and issued motor vehicle summonses.

On January 4, 2026, Millburn Police Officer Genitempo responded to JFK Parkway north of Parsonage Hill Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash involving an overturned vehicle. Officers located an overturned Honda Civic in the left lane of the roadway. An open alcoholic container, marijuana, and a fraudulent New Jersey driver’s license were found inside the vehicle. A witness reported that the driver fled the scene on foot toward Parsonage Hill Road. The suspect was later located walking near Passaic Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Isaac Holland, age 19, for suspected DWI. He was charged with DWI, possession of a false government ID, and use of CDS.

On January 11, 2026, Millburn Police Officer Genitempo stopped a Honda Prologue on JFK Parkway for motor vehicle violations. The investigation led to the arrest of Cory Farrell, age 38, of Howell, New Jersey, for suspected driving while intoxicated. A search of the vehicle revealed two folds of heroin, crack cocaine, two Xanax bars, prescription medication belonging to another individual, and an open alcoholic container. Farrell was charged with two counts of possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and issued additional motor vehicle summonses.

On January 13, 2026, Millburn Police Officer Matos conducted a motor vehicle stop of a Nissan Pathfinder on Route 124 for motor vehicle violations. During the stop, the driver was uncooperative and refused to provide his driver’s license. The driver, Joseph Graziano, age 68, of Warren, NJ, was subsequently placed under arrest. He was charged with obstruction and issued multiple motor vehicle summonses.


These are accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty in a court of law.
