
1. On 12/21/2025 at 11:30 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male of East Orange, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. The male was also charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)] for having a child in the vehicle. The male was issued his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses including DWI by a parent/guardian [39:4-50.15] and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
2. On 12/22/2025 at 2:11 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to a shoplifting that occurred at Kohl’s located at 3 Mill Creek Drive on 11/19/2025, the police responded to the Bergen County Jail and processed a 32-year-old male, Malik Alston of Newark, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Alston was charged on a complaint warrant and remained in the custody of the Bergen County Correctional Facility.
3. On 12/23/2025 at 11:31 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old male, Wayne A. Cameron Jr. of North Bergen, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Cameron was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
4. On 12/23/2025 at 7:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of an altercation between two individuals. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old female, Qydrezah Fuller of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Fuller had 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s in relation to the same warrant. Ms. Fuller was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.
5. On 12/26/2025 at 3:52 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old male, Marlon A. Mejia of Elizabeth, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Mejia was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
6. On 12/28/2025 at 9:45 AM, Secaucus Police, while patrolling the parking lot of 400 Park Plaza Drive, observed a motor vehicle parked in a handicap parking spot without the proper placard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46-year-old male, Rupert Anderson of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option. Anderson was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
