1. On 12/08/2025 at 5:02 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Morris County Jail to take into custody a 61-year-old male, Jose Cruz-Rodriguez of Morristown, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. Cruz-Rodriguez was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

2. On 12/09/2025 at 9:36 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a Burglary into 2 motor vehicles that occurred on 08/06/2025, the police arrested a 36-year-old male, Chariel Rivera of the South Bronx, NY for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Burglary [2C:5-2A(2)]. Rivera was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Rivera was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

3. On 12/09/2025 at 9:11 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 52-year-old male, Joseph Marshall of Newark, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A],a license plate. Marshall was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

4. On 12/11/2025 at 11:40 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to an incident of Harassment that was reported to the police on 12/06/2025, the police arrested a 55-year-old male, Andre Campbell of New York, NY for Tampering with Witnesses [2C:28-5A(2)]. Campbell was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Campbell was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

5. On 12/12/2025 at 8:50 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, the police arrested a 23-year-old female, Dharany Placencia-Thoner of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10 % option. Placencia-Thoner was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

6. On 12/12/2025 at 1:58 PM, Officers from the New Jersey State Police responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to turnover custody of a 32-year-old male, Justin Blackwell of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Blackwell was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

7. On 12/12/2025 at 12:23 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Morris County Jail to take into custody a 33-year-old male, Kyle Cranford of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00 with a 10% option. Cranford was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Springfield, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Trenton, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Cranford was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

8. On 12/12/2025 at 11:29 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old female, Livanesa Gonzalez-Matias of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Gonzalez-Matias was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and she was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

9. On 12/13/2025 at 8:00 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 43-year-old female, Mildred Dominguez of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Guttenberg, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Guttenberg did release Ms. Dominguez on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Dominguez was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and she was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
