1. On 11/18/2025 at 11:45 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old female, Mahassin Shaw of Iselin, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Union, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $850.00. Shaw was also issued 1 motor vehicle summons. Officers from the Union Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Ms. Shaw for transport back to their agency.

2. On 11/18/2025 at 5:25 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old female, Claudia Vallejos of Union City, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A]. Vallejos was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

3. On 11/19/2025 at 1:47 PM, while on patrol in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway, the police arrested a 43-year-old male, Darryl Burden of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Secaucus Police Department for transport back to their agency.

4. On 11/20/2025 at 12:36 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old male, Anthony Fernandez-Sanchez of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Pascack Joint Municipal Court for $1,000.00. Fernandez-Sanchez also was found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $400.00. Mr. Fernandez-Sanchez was released on his own recognizance in relation to both outstanding warrants. Mr. Fernandez-Sanchez was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

5. On 11/20/2025 at 2:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Secaucus Municipal Court located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road and took custody of a 39-year-old male, Damola Arowolo of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10 % option. Arowolo was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

6. On 11/20/2025 at 6:55 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bayhead Police Department to take into custody a 25-year-old male, Ahmed Romer of Irvington, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Romer was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

7. On 11/21/2025 at 4:42 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hudson County Superior Court to take into custody a 53-year-old male, Jose Beato of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00. Beato was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

8. On 11/21/2025 at 8:15 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot on a report of an individual urinating in the parking lot. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32-year-old male, Yusufu Jalloh of the Bronx, NY for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Jalloh was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

9. On 11/22/2025 at 1:49 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 41-year-old male, Juan Costales-Suarez of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Costales-Suarez was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

10. On 11/22/2025 at 2:51 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of First Street and Paterson Plank Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33-year-old male, Edison Tocte-Toapanta of Lodi, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Tocte-Toapanta was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

11. On 11/22/2025 at 4:58 PM, Officers from the Jersey City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 46-year-old male, Fabian Oquendo of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $4,000.00 with a 10% option. Oquendo was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.

12. On 11/22/2025 at 12:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Union County Jail to take into custody a 33-year-old male, Richard Ellison of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Ellison was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. Mr. Ellison was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
