Hello. This is Mayor Mark Zinna with a Friday news update.

This week is the official start of school Fall Sports. Please remember that the Geissinger Field track is closed when the field is in use by our High School for practice or games.

As fall rapidly approaches, we still have two more fantastic Outdoor Summer Concerts on the schedule. These evening shows have made it a terrific summer, join us as we continue the fun.

Big congratulations to all of the swimmers on the Tenafly Swim Team! The Swim Team is a summer swim team based at the Tenafly Municipal Pool for 5 to 17-year-olds interested in fun, supportive competition and team camaraderie. This summer, the team went undefeated in each of the dual meets and won 1st place in the 2025 League Championship for the North Jersey Swim Conference. Swimmers also excelled in the 2025 NJPMA Swimming Championship in both individual and relay events. Sincere appreciation to Coach Eliot Na and Coach Caleb Lee for leading the team. And thank you to all of the families that participated. Go, Tiger Sharks!
