Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of 56-year-old AIDONG YANG of Fair Lawn, NJ on the charge of criminal sexual contact. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck, and the River Edge Police Department, under the direction of Chief Michael J. Walker.
On Saturday, August 16, 2025, the Oradell Police Department in conjunction with the River Edge Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding an alleged sexual assault that occurred at the River Edge Foot Spa in River Edge, NJ. An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the River Edge Police Department revealed that AIDONG YANG committed an act of criminal sexual contact against an adult female customer while performing a massage at the spa in River Edge, NJ.
As a result of the investigation, on Saturday, August 16, 2025, AIDONG YANG was arrested in River Edge, NJ and charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, N.J.S.A 2C:14-3B. YANG was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, NJ.

Prosecutor Musella states that the charge is merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
