
On 06/23/2025 at 2:55 AM, the police observed a motor vehicle strike a parked vehicle in the area of Huber Street. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and during the investigation, the police arrested a 43-year-old male, Jarold Guzman of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Guzman was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 5 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 06/23/2025 at 9:43 AM, Secaucus Police observed a male possibly inhaling a CDS in the parking area of the Exxon Gas Station located at 209 Route 3 East. During the investigation, the police arrested a 45-year-old male, Michael Zinberg of Tarrytown, NY for Possession of Toxic Chemicals [2C:35-10.4b(1)]. Zinberg was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 06/23/2025 at 12:47 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 31-year-old male, Victor Vaca-Vsolis of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Vaca-Vsolis was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 06/24/2025 at 12:10 AM, Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old male, Kenneth Branch of East Orange, NJ along with a 23-year-old male, Taron Danglade-Colter of Jersey City, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Both Mr. Branch and Mr. Danglade-Colter were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On 06/24/2025 at 11:12 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 33-year-old male, Rashon Turner of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Turner was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 06/24/2025 at 1:55 PM, in furtherance of an investigation of an incident of criminal sexual contact that occurred on 06/20/2025 on the 700 block of 9th Street, the police arrested a 46-year-old male of Ridgefield Park, NJ for Criminal Sexual Contact [2C:14-3B]. The male was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. The male was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 06/25/2025 at 6:23 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft of a motor vehicle that occurred on 9th Street on 06/25/2025, the police charged an 18-year-old male, Wesley Garcia of Jersey City, NJ along with a with 19-year-old male, Kirvin DelarosaDelarosa of Kingston, PA with Motor Vehicle Theft [2C:20-10.2A], Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle [2C:20-10.1A] and Conspiracy to commit Burglary and Theft [2C:5-2]. Both individuals were incarcerated at the Essex County Jail at the time that the warrants were issued. Both Mr. Garcia and Mr. DelarosaDelarosa were issued their complaint warrants and processed at the Jail.
On 06/25/2025 at 3:41 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Carrell Threets of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $650.00. Threets was also charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Mr. Threets was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ. Mr. Threets was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 06/25/2025 at 5:59 PM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle improperly parked in the Fire Zone area of the CVS parking lot located at 101 Plaza Centre Road. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male, Jeikol Frias of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Lodi, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Frias was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 06/26/2025 at 10:45 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hudson County Superior Court to take into custody a 35-year-old male, Erick Figueroa-Gonzalez of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Figueroa-Gonzalez was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 06/26/2025 at 1:19 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to Unlawful use of Credit Cards that occurred at Best Buy located at 3 Mill Creek Drive on 06/04/2025, the police responded to Passaic, NJ and arrested a 31-year-old male, David Santos of Newark NJ for Unlawful Use of Credit Cards [2C:21-6C(1)], Unlawful Use of Credit Cards [2C:21-6H], Identity Theft [2C:21-17A(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:5-2A(1)]. Santos was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 06/26/2025 at 5:05 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 58-year-old male, Elvin Torres of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Lincoln Park, NJ for $1,500.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Pascack Joint Municipal Court, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Torres was released on his own recognizance pending future court dates in relation to both outstanding warrants, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 06/26/2025 at 7:32 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 3rd Avenue on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, in the area of 1400 Paterson Plank Road, the police arrested a 25-year-old male, Dean Haberstumpf of White Hall, PA for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Harrisburg, PA with no bail. Haberstumpf was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Haberstumpf was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 06/26/2025 at 8:13 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old male, Roger Massa of Naples, FL for Possession of a Fraudulent Government Document [2C:21-2.1D]. Massa was issued his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
On 06/27/2025 at 12:42 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 153 County Avenue and arrested a 53-year-old male Jeffery Swenson of Buffalo, MN for Enticing a Child [2C:13-6A] and Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(1)]. The male was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 06/27/2025 at 7:12 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the NJ State Police Barracks in Bridgewater, NJ to take into custody a 40-year-old male, Dyquawn Thompson of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Thompson was released on his own recognizance in relation to the outstanding warrants issued out of all 3 jurisdictions pending future court dates and he was subsequently released from police custody.
On 06/28/2025 at 3:49 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 45 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21-year-old male, John Rodriguez of Weehawken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Rodriguez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
