
On 05/19/2025 at 3:14 AM, Secaucus Police observed a stopped motor vehicle in the area of Meadowlands Parkway and Route 3 East that was involved in a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Cristhian Ochoa-Gonzalez of Lyndhurst, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ochoa-Gonzalez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 05/19/2025 at 3:41 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Justin Matos of Lodi, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Matos was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On 05/19/2025 at 5:57 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old female, Keisha Mcduffy of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $981.00 with a 10% option along with 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $450.00. Mcduffy was able to post bail for the involved warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ. Jersey City did release Ms. Mcduffy on her own recognizance pending future court dates. Ms. Mcduffy was issued 6 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
On 05/20/2025 at 9:55 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male, Yonathan Silva-Gil of Belleville, NJ for Exhibiting a False Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. Silva-Gil was issued 3 complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
On 05/20/2025 at 3:48 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an incident of Trespassing that occurred at the Secaucus High School located at 11 Millridge Road on 05/15/2025, the police arrested an 18-year-old female, Jayla Lebron of Secaucus, NJ for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. Lebron was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Ms. Lebron was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 05/20/2025 at 12:07 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Flanagan Way on a report of an individual who was believed to have several outstanding warrants. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old male, Louis Isern of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Hoboken Police Department did release Mr. Isern on his own recognizance in relation to the warrant issued in the amount of $500.00. Secaucus Police subsequently transported Mr. Isern to the Hudson County Sherriff’s Office.
On 05/20/2025 at 11:57 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 36-year-old male, Stephon Kinchen of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ for the charge of Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. Kinchen was charged in relation to an incident of Criminal Trespass that occurred at the Kroll Heights located at 700 County Avenue on 03/16/2025. Mr. Kinchen was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Lawrence Township, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10 % option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Kinchen was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 05/21/2025 at 8:17 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old male, Oliver Pimentel of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Pimentel was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses. Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Pimentel for transport back to their authority.
On 05/23/2025 at 4:15 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 58-year-old male, Ryland Grizzle-Rodriguez of West New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Grizzle-Rodriguez was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 05/23/2025 at 6:09 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Secaucus Road and County Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 53-year-old male, David Silverman of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Silverman was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
