The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens

The Center for Alcohol and Drug Services and Bogota Public Library are pleased to present The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens, an interactive workshop. This eight-week workshop will help teens in grades 8-12 learn how to build core habits through activities, self-reflection, and discussion. The workshop can help you gain greater control of your life, improve relationships with family and friends, find what matters most, recognize and prioritize goals, and find balance between school, work, friends, and everything else.
