Join us as Barbara Ferrante, art historian and tour guide takes us on a virtual tour of the musuem. This program focuses on “the best of the Met” and its splendid collections, perhaps the most extensive in the world. We will learn how it all began in 1870, who planned it, where it started, and who made it an enduring part of the identity of New York City and its surrounding environs.
