Join paws with us for a unique and heartwarming Pilates class at Ken Pilates in Hoboken, NJ. This special Doggy Noses & Pilates Poses class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the joy of cuddles from adorable rescue puppies and dogs from One Step Closer Animal Rescue.
Event Highlights:
- 45-Minute Mat Pilates Class: Certified Ken Pilates instructors Matthew Cunningham and Demi Gonzalez will guide you through a mixed-level mat Pilates session while rescue pups roam freely, offering snuggles and puppy kisses.
- 15-Minutes of Puppy Love: After Pilates, enjoy extra cuddle time with the dogs in our special “puppylates” snuggle session.

- No Spectators: For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all participants and volunteers, spectators are not allowed.
