The only insurance we accept is Medicare Part B. We cannot accept Medicare Advantage plans (HMO, PPO, etc.)
For all insurances other than Medicare Part B, the cost is $20 (regular vaccine) or $63 (high-dose vaccine). We accept cash only.
If you are enrolled in a non-Medicare Part B plan (HMO, PPO, etc), you may wish to receive your flu shot from your primary care physician, where there may be no charge.
Medicare Part B participants MUST bring their Medicare Part B card so that we may bill Medicare.
