In this imaginative and playful class, little movers will embark on exciting adventures that spark creativity, curiosity, and cooperation! Through games, obstacle courses, relays, and interactive activities, children will develop foundational movement skills such as jumping, hopping, skipping, galloping, and crawling while exploring spatial awareness and directionality concepts like under, over, through, around, and across.

We’ll introduce basic sports skills like rolling, tossing, kicking balls gently, and catching with soft materials, focusing on fun and coordination rather than precision. Each session encourages problem-solving through movement-based challenges and fosters confidence as kids discover new ways to use their growing bodies. We’ll warm up with fun, themed activities to set the tone for the session, and unwind with a calming cool-down that incorporates mindfulness techniques like stretching, visualization, and breathing exercises.
