**NEW JERSEY'S ULTIMATE SINGLE'S MEET-UP GROUP, WHERE THE FUN NEVER STOPS!**
Join **[MINGLE AROUND SINGLE'S MEET-UP GROUP](https://www.meetup.com/mingle-around-singles-40s-50s-60s-events-adventures/events/308607825/edit/)** for the county’s second annual **JULY 4th STAR-SPANGLED SPECTACULAR!**
The day-long events will take place **OVERPECK COUNTY PARK in Ridgefield Park.**
The event is described as a patriotic afternoon of family fun, with:
* Two-dozen food trucks, * Beer and wine garden, and * FIRWORKS over Overpeck Creek.
The evening will feature the \*\*New Jersey Wind Symphony \*\*with a performance of Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture," complete with **live artillery from Howitzer cannons.**
Festivities are set to begin at 2:30 p.m. in the **Ridgefield Park** section of **Overpeck County Park.**
The rain date is July 5.
Schedule: 2 p.m. – DJ, food trucks, beer garden & youth entertainment (inflatables) 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Glenn Roberts Country Band 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Tempo Alegre Latin Band 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – **Super Trans Am Band** 8:00 p.m. – **New Jersey Wind Symphony** 9:30 p.m. – **Fireworks**

Bergen County’s Star-Spangled Spectacular is an official event of Bergen250, an initiative spearheaded by the Division of Cultural & Historic Affairs within the Bergen County Department of Parks. It's aimed at commemorating the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution through Bergen County’s diverse lens of people, places, and culture. The initiative was formally codified by the County Board of Commissioners by resolution on Jan. 17.
