What to expect:
- 5 minute inttention setting
- an all level 40 minute Mindful yoga flow
- optional hands on assists
- a sound bath
- conscious breathing
Movement and mindfulness on the earth is also a form of grounding which naturally helps release stress and improve mood

Other notes:
- Please bring your own mat if you dont reserve one with your ticket( limited avaialble)
- Please feel free to arrive 10 minutes early to set up, class will be starting 5 minutes after its scheduled time
- Class is weather permitting, in the event of rain class will be cancelled and you will have the choice of a refund or transfer to another scheduled class other than weather. there are no refunds
