The ***Intentional Communication Series*** is our groundbreaking new approach to building meaningful connections through the guidance of horses and nature.
Our second event, ***Embodied Choices****,* will help you express yourself through your body, your intention, and your presence. This way, you will be able to convey what you actually mean instead of getting misunderstood.
**What’s the impact you want to have? And what choices will help you get there?**
If you don't have the answer yet, don't worry. At the farm, you will be outside with a herd of horses participating in various activities, discussions, and reflection exercises. The horses will be giving you immediate feedback on how your presence and actions land with others.
They will guide you with their body language, giving you an opportunity to reconsider whether your choices in align with your intentions. By the end of the day, you will have more clarity and new skills to practice in your relationships.
Together we’ll explore:
* How does my mind and body react when I make the choice to say/do this? * How do I get out of my mind and into my body? * What do I want others to feel when they’re in connection with me? * What are the unconscious patterns driving my communication? * What practices help me make more meaningful, aligned choices?
Through trial and error you’ll begin to develop a sense of how your choices affect the world around you. Even if you're not yet sure what impact you want to have, this workshop offers a chance to slow down, tune in, and let your body guide you.
