From 100+ person parties to intimate happy hours, our events are your go-to place to meet like-minded people in your age range and have a great time while doing it. Shaka Club events are THE place to meet people your age in your city. Everyone comes to our events for the same reason — to make new connections!
Here's What to Expect for this SPECIAL EVENT👇
- Homestead is hosting a special outdoor event in the Wells Fargo parking lot next door
- They've invited the Shaka Club to kick off the day's festivities with one of our traditional events in a not-so-traditional setting - Shaka will have a homebase tent (look for the Shaka Club branded banner!) where we'll host one of our traditional events with group intros (see below), connecting you to new friends to then enjoy the day's festivities together!
- Homestead is also giving all Shaka Club attendees a COMPLIMENTARY DRINK TICKET to get things started :)
- Shaka Club staff will be on site for the duration of our event (12-2 PM) to greet you and guide you through the experience
- Then once you've met all your new Shaka friends, you'll get to enjoy everything the day party has to offer, including:
- Live music
- Food trucks
- Local pop-ups
- A bunch of outdoor bars
This event is fully outdoors. If the weather ends up being bad on 5/3, the rain date for this event will be 5/10. You'll have the option to reschedule to the new date or receive a refund.
How Shaka Group Intros Works
- About an hour before the event, we’ll send you an email with a group name.
- At the start of the event, you’ll check in with staff and start meeting up with your group. Don’t worry if you don’t find them right away – we’ll make an announcement about 30 minutes in to make sure you do.
- After some time with your group, you’ll receive a series of prompts to meet up with the other groups.
- By the end of the day, you will have mixed and mingled with a lot of great people!
Don't sweat the details — you’ll get plenty of reminders before the event, and our staff will be there to make this a stress-free, easy experience!
Notes:
- The groups are just there to provide structure and serve as icebreakers. Don't worry about what group you're in — you'll have the opportunity to mingle with everyone in attendance regardless of group!
- ALL happy hours are FREE FOR MEMBERS (no limits). If you are not a member, you can purchase a ticket below. To become a member, simply select a membership plan here.
- The Shaka Club's typical refund and cancellation policy applies to this event. No entry without advance member RSVP or purchased ticket.
- The age range is not an enforced restriction. If you are slightly older or younger than the ages listed, you can still attend, but you can expect that most attendees will be in the stated age range. And don't worry! We will be repeating great venues for different ages, so everyone will be able to enjoy them!
- Shaka events are not dating events. People do date after meeting at our events, but the main goal of our happy hours is to create new connections generally!
