Passaic River Series Hike

Join us for the next hike in our Passaic River Series!
This time, we start where we left off following the river and its greenways as closely as possible; we meet at Fairfield Fee Public Library, then shuttle with as few cars as possible to our start.
There will be some back street walking from the start, but after not too long we will pick up the Morris Canal Greenway.
From there, we follow this greenway and a couple of other paths west past the Willowbrook Mall. Lightly used back streets take us along the river and then into some of the Great Piece Meadows where we'll be on a trail for about 4 miles. This might be the only potentially rough section depending on the level of rain we get approaching the day.
We'll exit the public lands and then take back streets a short bit to Fairfield Park, and finish with a nice bit of trail to the end.
