***Advanced morning paddle*** This is a workout practice for anyone who wants some endurance training. We will head south against building flood for an hour of paddling.
**Be on time.** Get ready quickly. We will be on the water by 6:30am, turn around time 7:15am latest, off the water by 7:45am. We will close up and leave by 8am.
**Prerequisites for all:**
* **You can prepare all your equipment in 15 minutes with no assistance** * active volunteers who helped us run our public program in 2025 (volunteered > 4 shifts) * you have an advanced time trial * you have attended an advance/elite trip in 2025
