A Taste of Honey with Lisa Skoglund

In collaboration with the Hasbrouck Heights Garden Club. Refreshments are at 5:30 pm, and the meeting starts at 6:00 pm, followed by the speaker.

Lisa Skoglund, Master Beekeeper, will speak on a wide range of honey bee topics, including how honey bees make honey!

There will be honey for purchase after the presentation.

About Lisa Skoglund

Lisa’s beekeeping journey began in 2014. She grew Jersey Girl Apiary over the years, all the while educating herself about honey bees. Lisa has held key positions within several New Jersey Beekeepers Association chapters, in addition to running the Statewide Honey Show that is hosted at the State House in Trenton. She lectures at early education schools, elementary schools, primary through high schools, and many elder care facilities throughout NJ.
