One-on-One Tech Help
📅 Sessions are offered Mondays at 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM (30 minutes each), unless otherwise noted.
The Library offers basic tech support for using the library's digital resources and personal devices like iPhones, iPads, e-readers, and laptops.
Due to demand, Tech Help is now limited to two sessions per person, per month.

What We Can Help With:
Accessing the internet
Navigating eBooks, email, or other online resources
Basic guidance on personal devices for library services
What We Can’t Do:
Install software, repair devices, or remove viruses
Make changes to personal devices (we can only demonstrate)
Guidelines:
Sessions are 30 minutes; Teaneck residents have priority
Come prepared with your device, passwords, and a clear question or goal
Please give 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
Staff may limit or refer requests beyond the library’s scope
