Curious about meditation? Join Daniela, a certified Meditation Teacher, Health Coach, Esthetician & Massage Therapist. These structured sessions are designed to teach techniques for calming the mind, improving mental and physical well-being, and developing awareness. In these classes we will explore different types of meditation. They often involve a combination of instruction on posture, breathing exercises, and guided practice to help participants manage stress and improve focus. Classes will be 45-60 minutes in length. Comfortable chairs are provided, yoga mats are welcome. Registration required for each class.
