NJ baker Eric Stein is walking us through the process of making sourdough from start(er) to finish, with a Q&A to follow. Patrons will go home with a guidebook on caring for your starter, with a simple sourdough bread recipe developed by Eric. Registration opens March 2nd. Limited to 30 participants.Priority given to USR cardholders.
Eric Stein is a licensed cottage baker, selling homemade sourdough bread and bagels out of his home in South Orange. He has over 20 years’ experience in the culinary industry, having worked as a cook, chef, and private chef before establishing Eric’s Sourdough in 2021.
