T'ai Chi Ch'uan is a 1000 year old art of mind-body health and energy cultivation. “A Taste of Tai Chi” introduces students to the 12-posture Yang-style Short Form of Master Bow Sim Mark and is designed for students of all ages and levels of physical ability. No prior experience with T'ai Chi is necessary. The health benefits of T'ai Chi include balance, flexibility, strength, immune-system support, and stress relief.
LEWIS FREEMAN studied the “Taste of T’ai Chi” form with Don Madison (Dragon T'ai Chi Ch'uan Association) and achieved the level of Assistant Teacher in July 2019. He previously studied the Yang-style short form at Long River T’aiChi Circle in Manhattan in the 1990s. When he's not practicing T’ai Chi, Lewis teaches at Fordham University as Senior Lecturer in Communication and Media Studies and also consults for businesses and organizations.
