This is an exercise & dance class just for women. We will strengthen and stretch our bodies. Then we will dance to different rhythms, improving our balance, grace and turns. Lots of fun. Get in shape and have fun dancing!
WHAT TO BRING You will need a yoga mat to lie on. Dress comfortably and bring your dance shoes.
