Have questions about using your devices? Your reference librarian is here to help! Stop by the reference desk anytime between 12-8pm on Tuesdays. Please come with your own device and questions.

Tech assistance includes:

• Operating smartphones, tablets, e-readers, and other tech devices.
• Accessing our digital library through Hoopla and Libby.
• How to use Social Media, Internet Browsing, Microsoft Suite or Google Drive

Tech assistance does not include:

• Troubleshooting or repairing devices [hardware or software]
• Aiding with any issues relating to banking, personal/sensitive information, government fillings, or medical documents.
• Job Applications or résumé help
• Filling out any forms or assignments
• School or homework assistance
• Typing a document for you
