A Workshop for Parents - This 1.5 hour interactive workshop is designed just for parents who want to bring the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation into their home life. Parents will learn learn simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, games, and calming activities that help children release energy, improve focus, and find peace — all taught in a fun, hands-on format for adults only (no kids needed for this session!).
***Please note: this is an interactive workshop, not a lecture.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement, and bring a water bottle and yoga mat. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket or cushion for seated comfort.
