Sourdough Workshop- Participant

Join West Caldwell's Jane Katirgis & Tom Stafford in this fun, hands-on, delicious event!

This event is limited to 16 participants, ages 15+. Additional patrons may register to be an observer of the event.

NOTE: The main entrance will be closed. Please use the meeting room entrance on the left side of the building

Participants must bring to the class the following items :

• large bowl
• large wooden spoon or fork
• tea towel to cover the bowl

Participants will need the following items at home in order to cook the bread:

• a dutch oven or alternative
• parchment paper

Please be prepared to get a little messy!

All other supplies & tools will be provided by the instructor. Participants will bring home a loaf to bake the following day and a glass mason jar with sourdough starter for their next loaf.
