Join Chef Mike Ventura to make your own fresh handmade fettucine. The class will include a tasting with homemade vodka sauce and you'll go home with samples of your very own pasta to share as well as a recipe for the sauce and pasta itself. Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes and consider bringing a hair-tie or hairnet. Bring your own apron--but no alcohol please! This class is a perfect way to celebrate Italian American Heritage Month or just delight in classic Italian cookery.
