According to medical professionals, it is important to keep the body flexible & the bones strong. The synovial fluid in our joints is extremely important for good movement. Strong muscles act like shock absorbers to protect our bones. With resistance exercises, the bones and muscles will stay or become stronger. Light hand & leg weights optional.
