Tech Assistance with Library Staff

Come in for a half hour, one-on-one tech class with a library staff member.

These classes cover general Internet and device use, use of library tools (Libby, Hoopla, Kanopy, etc) and use of
library equipment (printing, scanning, copying), assistance with using various mobile devices and other general assisstance. No assistance with personal documents or online activities, including purchasing, selling, and social media activities.

This program is limited to Ramsey Patrons, one session per person slot per month, 30 minutes for each session.
