Put on your costume and get ready for some Halloween fun at the library! Play games, do a craft, get a balloon from the balloon artist, and more! Registration is required!
*Glen Rock patrons get priority for high-demand programs for the first week of registration. Out of town patrons can sign up starting on the 23rd.
