Lifting As We Climb: Cultivating Mentorship and Excellence in Medical Education — This year’s RMEC will center mentorship as a tool for justice, wellness, and transformation in medical education. We’re bringing together students, residents, and faculty to explore how we can build one another up — across identity, institution, and specialty.
